Shipping:

Shipping is disclosed in the shopping cart when checking out.  Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.  You can always check the status of your order online by logging in with your username and password.

Returns: 

Returns can be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.  All returns will have a 15% restocking fee.  Returns must be in original condition and unwashed/nonsoiled.  All returns will be credited to the customer's account.  No money will be refunded.  Shipping costs are not included and will not be credited back to the customer. The account will keep the credit until all the credit is used up or 1 year from the date of the return. Returns may be sent to our business address located on the Contact Us page. 

Exchanges:

Exchanges may be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.  Exchanges must be in original condition and unwashed/nonsoiled.  If the new item is more than the item exchanged then customer will be responsible for paying the difference.  If the new item is less than the item exchanged then the difference will be credited to the customer's account. NO MONEY will be refunded.  Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
